Incentive Management System (IMS)

 

PSC created a system called Incentive Management System (IMS).  It is built on Microsoft software.  This system helps you manage and monitor scholarships, bonuses, and incentives paid to employees as employment commitment incentives. 

Many organizations in today’s competitive markets extend scholarships and sign-on bonuses—in exchange for a work commitment – as advantages to encourage key employees to commit to employment with their organization.

IMS allows you to track taxable benefits paid for employment incentives in exchange for work-off commitment.  It automates management of your employment incentive programs.  IMS also integrates with your Human Resources Enterprise Resource Planning systems and accounting systems.

IMS provides and reports real-time current balances on deferrals, defaults, and outstanding receivables.

  • Track  Credit given for time worked; reduces employee liability
  • Update  Employee information is updated in HR enterprise reporting system
  • Integrate  HR enterprise reporting system is integrated into Accounting system – MS tracks the taxable portion
